More than 1400 AEA members converged on Orlando, Fla. from April 7-11, for the annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show.

During the opening ceremonies of the AEA's International Convnetion, AEA President Paula Derks announced the recipient of the AEA's Lifetime Achievement Award, Dan Walker.	Paul DeHerrera, chief operating officer of Universal Avionics Systems Corp., which sponsored of the AEA’s official opening ceremonies, welcomed attendees to the 53rd annual convention.
