The Gaylord Texan Business Center is located in the walkway connecting the hotel to the convention center. Operated by IKON, the business center provides an array of day-to-day requirements and ensures documents are ready for distribution. The center accepts digital files, via e-mail, portable media or hard copies. It also offers shipping services for FedEx and UPS.

Java Coast — Open 24 hours a day. Serves premium coffees, fresh bakery, gourmet sandwiches and salads, desserts, ice cream and snacks. Bottled beer, wine and other hip drinks are available. Website Texan Station — Open from 11 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. This sports bar features a 30-feet x 52-feet TV screen. Its “Wall of Sports” is believed to be the largest sports screen in the Lone Star State. There are two high-energy bars with a vast selection of brews and cocktails. The menu in its full-service dining room incorporates traditional bar snacks and burgers, large salads and barbeque. Website Riverwalk Café — Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily. Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. Dinner is offered from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Reminiscent of the famed San Antonio River Walk, this market-style eatery serves regional foods prepared with Texas flair. The open-air café features six different eating stations, including a pasta station, carving station, fajita station and pastry cabinet. Reservations not required for the Library Lounge. Executive chef Joanne Bondy uses only the highest-quality certified 1855 premium black angus beef and fresh seafood. Old Hickory Steakhouse offers a selection of artisanal cheeses and tableside desserts. The upstairs wine bar and veranda also feature a unique enomatic wine system, offering wine lovers an opportunity to sample up to 48 high-end wines from around the world. Website Ama Lur —The Margarita Bar is open daily from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., with happy hour from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Dining is from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are recommended; call 817-778-2215. Ama Lur offers Southwestern cuisine and the Latin rhythm of a Salsa band. Many specialty drinks are served beneath the twinkling lights of a festive courtyard setting. Executive Chef David Woodward creates a dining experience with a distinctive contemporary menu, featuring new interpretations of wood-fired meats and fresh seafood.
