What do I get with a full registration?

Driving Directions:
Travel south on Terminal Drive toward BNA Arriving Flights. After 0.7 mile make a slight right followed by a slight left to stay on Terminal Drive. Travel 0.6 mile and take the ramp onto Interstate 40 West. Travel 1.2 miles to exit 215B and merge onto TN-155 North/Briley Parkway. Travel 4.3 miles to exit 11 for Opry Mills Drive. Continue straight ahead for 0.9 mile to Opryland Drive and turn right. Travel 0.4 mile and turn left to the hotel.

What will I see in the exhibit hall?
The exhibits in the AEA Exhibit Hall are designed to create a synergy between the manufacturers and their dealers. This is a closed show to the general public - the manufacturers are there to show the dealers the latest and greatest in new technology and how much the dealers can profit. Enjoy many networking opportunities and take advantage of talking face-to-face to these manufacturers.
Are there educational programs offered?
More than 75 hours of FAA approved training is offered during the four days.
What does it cost to attend?
There are many options for registration. Of course, your best option is the full registration that covers all meetings & workshops for the four days, entrance into the exhibit hall on all three days, the annual AEA First Nighter Party, the annual Awards Luncheon and a farewell event. The advance registration fee for an AEA member is: $615. For non-members the advance registration fee is: $815. On-site fees are more expensive.
How do I get from my hotel to the show?
Good news here! The convention and trade show are both located at the Marriott's Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. You just take the elevator from your hotel room – no reason to have a rental car or take a taxi.
