Pilot’s Guide to Avionics:
Free Distribution Begins in July at EAA AirVenture

The 2009/2010 edition of the Aircraft Electronic Association’s Pilot’s Guide to Avionics debuts at EAA AirVenture from July 27 to Aug. 2, in Oshkosh, Wis. The free Pilot’s Guide is available at the AEA’s AirVenture booth, No. 2035/36, Hangar B.

In addition to a complete directory of AEA member certified repair stations and associate members, the Pilot’s Guide features articles and buyer’s guides to help pilots with their avionics buying decisions.

The Pilot’s Guide also will be distributed throughout the year at AEA’s West, Central, East, Canada and South Pacific regional meetings; NBAA Meeting & Convention; AOPA Aviation Summit, WAI’s Conference, and HAI’s HeliExpo.

In addition, the Pilot’s Guide is distributed to all AEA members, National Association of Flight Instructors and flying clubs throughout the United States.

The Aircraft Electronics Association represents more than 1,300 repair stations from throughout the world specializing in maintenance, repair and installation of avionics and electronic systems in general aviation aircraft. AEA membership also includes manufacturers of avionics equipment, instrument repair facilities, instrument manufacturers, airframe manufacturers, test equipment manufacturers, major distributors, engineers and educational institutions.
