AEA Scholarship Deadline Feb. 15

More Than $100,000 in Scholarships Available

The Aircraft Electronics Association Educational Foundation will award several scholarships totaling more than $100,000 for the 2012-13 school year to students pursuing a career in avionics or aircraft maintenance, as well as students from AEA member companies. If you are interested in one or more scholarships, visit www.aea.net/scholarships to download an application. The deadline to submit an application is Feb. 15, 2012. The scholarships will be awarded in April at the 55th annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show in Washington, D.C.


Learn to fly with the AEA!
The AEA and Sporty's Foundation partner to award four pilot license scholarships annually valued at $3,500 each. To qualify, you must be a technician at an AEA regular member company. The deadline to apply for the regular member's Pilot's License Scholarship is Feb. 15, 2012. Download application here.

College for you or college-age kids? How about a little help from the AEA? 
AEA members are eligible for a scholarship that doesn't require enrollment in the field of aviation. Two scholarships will be given to members or their dependents to pursue a degree of their choice. Each award is valued at $1,000 and is applicable toward the 2012-13 school year. Download application here.
