To first purchase booth space, download the Exhibitor Prospectus and the Exhibit Contract.

ALL EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS WILL BE VERIFIED BY AEA STAFF WITH THE EXHIBITOR POINT OF CONTACT.

The deadline for advanced exhibitor badge registration is March 2.

Note: If you have already registered and are just wanting to purchase social tickets or meeting passes --- DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM and register again. Click here to contact the AEA for a separate order form.

Upon your arrival at the AEA Registration Desk, you will receive your full registration package---name badge, tickets, schedule, etc. Badges are NOT mailed in advance of the show.

All names will be shown on name badges EXACTLY as they are shown below.

Notes:

  1. All booth personnel must be registered to gain entrance into the Exhibit Hall
  2. Exhibitors are provided four "EXHIBITS-ONLY" badges free of charge for each 10'x10' exhibit space contracted.
  3. To find out your company's current allotment call 816-347-8400.
  4. Additional "EXHIBITS-ONLY" badges beyond allotment are $75 per person.
