At opening ceremonies Thursday morning, AEA President, Paula Derks announced the recipients of the AEA's Lifetime Achievement Awards. This year's award recognizes three international AEA members who were instrumental in advancing the association beyond American soil.

• Bruce Baxter, Australia and the South Pacific region
• Paul Brenner, Europe
• Tom Sternig, Canada

*More than 25 new products debuted at the ever-popular "New Products Introductions" session on Thursday afternoon. The Exhibit Hall was packed with AEA members placing orders for these new products and services.
